Mr. Russell leads the firms Impaired Driving and Drug Defence
practice. He has had numerous clients acquitted of Impaired
Driving, Refusal to Blow, Over .08, Cultivation, Trafficking,
and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. His Supreme
Court practice includes broad experience with murder, manslaughter
and assorted violent crime, as well as dangerous offender
proceedings and extradition cases.
Mr. Russell has practiced exclusively at McCullough Parsons
Blazina and is a leading member of the firm’s criminal
defence team. His strong work ethic and competitive drive,
combined with a strong social conscience, make Mr. Russell
an unrelenting voice for individual rights and freedoms.
Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Russell enjoys offshore sailing
with his son to exotic ports.
