Practicing family law for over 11 years, Mr. Parsons leads
the firm’s civil litigation team. Mr. Parsons’
experience allows him to effectively protect his clients’
interests. As experienced trial counsel, he can advise when
to settle, mediate or argue your case at trial. Mr. Parsons
believes that each case requires careful decision making to
get optimal results. He brings a calm, cool and reasoned approach
to each and every one of his files. This is often of great
assistance to his clients in the emotionally charged family
law field.
Mr. Parsons’ practice runs the entire gamut of family
law. He regularly conducts cases involving issues of child
apprehension, divorce, custody and access, property division
and maintenance.
Darryl studied philosophy at Concordia University in Montreal,
Quebec and at Dalhousie University in Halifax N.S. He subsequently
obtained his law degree at the University of Victoria. Darryl
is kept busy with the demands of his practice and is a proud
husband and father of two young children. When he finds the
time, Darryl can often be found participating in sports of
all types or strumming his guitar.
